The Foothills Paddling Club (FPC) Board of Directors meets quarterly to oversee club operations, support member involvement, and uphold the club's mission. These meetings provide a platform for financial oversight, event planning, committee reports, and discussions on club policies and initiatives. Board meetings are open to all active members who wish to stay informed, provide input, or bring concerns to the leadership team. Meeting agendas include the approval of previous minutes, financial updates, committee reports, and discussions on upcoming events, conservation efforts, and educational programs. Meeting Schedule: The Board meets at least four times per year, with dates and locations announced on the club website and social media at least two weeks in advance. Member Participation: While only board members may vote on official matters, active members are encouraged to attend and engage in discussions. Visitors considering membership may attend with prior notice to the Board.
After registering to attend the meeting, you will be sent a link, via email, to join virtually.
